Designate MANPADS to attack against specific Targets/Units/Groups Or Unit Type (Airplane Or Helicopter)

As per title
I believe it can add great value to ME if MANPADS only attack to specific group of targets specially helicopter, I assume thats their 1st priority target and the reason of existence at the 1st place!
