titi31 Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Hi First of all very good job for this AV8B Campaign. This type of campaign is so rare on AV8B... I have a little problem on mission 10. Everything is going well, well I guess: pilots are picked by helo and finally this one lands on the ship docked at Sirri Island. Unfortunately my score is stuck at 50%. Maybe I have missed something but I don't know what... Thanks in advance for the help!
SorelRo Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Thanks a lot for the kind words. If the heli lands that should be it. I'll run a test today. During testing, I had one instance where the heli behaved erratically and didn't land where it should and messed up the score. I'll test it today and let you know and if there's anything messed up i'll come up with a fix.
SorelRo Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 I ran this mission couple of times. Indeed there are some problems. One time out of 3 the chopper didn't land where it should be. Also it looks like the AH-1's are behaving abnormal. I'll come with a fix soon. Thanks for reporting this.

The fixes are included in the DCS updates and they are listed in the updates changelog. I'll post it here as well when that happens. If you want you can skip that mission and continue with the campaign. Since you are doing everything right it's not a problem skipping it.
Istari6 Posted April 22, 2022 Posted April 22, 2022 I had the same happen to me. The CH-53 landed successfully on the OHP and shut down the rotor. But still stuck at 50% on the mission, even after I circled for awhile until I was low on fuel. I ended up editing my Campaign file to give 100% and proceeded to the next mission.

Headed back to Sirri, and shut down with a mission score of 0, but 100%. I'll try again tomorrow. Pyrocumulous Posted June 2, 2023 Posted June 2, 2023 I believe that is exactly what happened. I took way long messing around with the CAS page and trying to see the IR marker before diving in. When I played it tonight, I took out 100% the enemy units on Farur Island, and the Sea Stallion set down next to the downed pilots but they never got on the ship. I remained on scene until bingo and then returned to Siri. Received a score of 110 and 100 result, so that's good but didn't actually accomplish the rescue. Comm2 didn't work for the entirety of the mission (this time only, very odd), so it's possible that I missed some instruction as I had to bounce around the frequencies entirely on Comm1.
