Virtual jump seat option for training new pilots in single seat aircraft

I have been working with the Tactical DCS group and participating in their training (both as a mentor and as a student). for aircraft like the A-10, F/A-18 and F-16 it is difficult to help new pilots out when we cannot see what they are seeing in the cockpit. we've worked around this through streaming and observing from their, but it would be helpful to be able to configure a jump seat slot onto an aircraft where an instructor/mentor can ride along in the cockpit and provide help in game rather than clunky 3rd party methods. Ideally I would prefer to have the option of an F-16D and F/A-18D for training new pilots (that is not a Mod) but I know that would be a large undertaking, so a virtual jump seat might be a good way of accomplishing this task with a lower resource commitment.

What a fantastic idea. You know - this could even double up for video makers as well. From what I can tell, you can't video someone elses cockpit - you can only do your own. This could have the added benefit of allowing filmers to jump into other aircraft when replaying track files, or when flying live in multiplayer to make video's of the internals more easy too.
