RackMonkey Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 From the start the Apache has felt a little to twitchy to me but I chalked it up to it being an attack chopper. I have been flying the UH1 and Mi8 for a while and they are a little more like flying a truck. Now after the last update I can't keep this thing study. It's like trying to balance on top of a ball. If it gets going in any direction you can't pull it back without over correcting and it just keeps going back and forth until you crash. I've reset all the curves trying to soften the controls but it doesn't help. Once the oscillation starts I can't get it to stabilize under the rotor again. Is anybody else have the same problem? 2 Gigabyte X670, 7800 X3D, 2X1TB NvME, RTX4090, 32GB DDR5 , Pimax Crystal
Scaley Posted April 30, 2022 Posted April 30, 2022 Yep, the last update definitely seems to have reduced the already fairly poor pitch/roll stability, but improve the collective quite a lot. It's taken me several hours to re-learn to fly it for sure. 476th vFighter Group Main Page -- YouTube -- Discord Scaley AV YouTube - More videos from the 476th
Clyber Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 (edited) I had the same question. ( Uncontrolled Roll https://forum.dcs.world/topic/317844-uncontrolled-roll/ ) I should have known it wasnt my controller or the settings because the KA50 is solid as a rock in the air with my controllers.
