lambchop133 Posted May 1, 2022 Posted May 1, 2022 (edited) When aiming and firing upon a target, if I hit F7 to watch it explode. But when my maverick hits the vehicle, the view/camera instantly changes to a view out at sea or just miles away from where the event is happening - which it never used to do. The same happens with weapon track view on F6 Anyone know how to fix this? Edited May 1, 2022 by lambchop133
dmatsch Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 you can't. It's a DCS thing. Watching the round with F6 does the same thing. Workaround: find and select another close-by unit on the F10 map before the round hits. then, watch the fireworks.
Exorcet Posted May 2, 2022 Posted May 2, 2022 This was introduced with 2.7 as far as I know. I don't recall seeing it before then. It might have something to do with WASD camera controls Awaiting: DCS F-15C Win 10 i5-9600KF 4.6 GHz 64 GB RAM RTX2080Ti 11GB -- Win 7 64 i5-6600K 3.6 GHz 32 GB RAM GTX970 4GB -- A-10C, F-5E, Su-27, F-15C, F-14B, F-16C missions in User Files
