Generally speaking, there were text instructions but not vocalized, in any language. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be, but that's how it was. I checked all my settings, and anything related to language was set on English, unless I missed something.

OK, it's not a problem for this time. Because there is only Chinese dubbing at the time of release, and English dubbing is still in production and will be released in the near future.
