engine dies far more often now than before

It struggles to get above mach 1 low and when I do get close, the engine dies as soon as I pull any G's and it won't air restart. 

Is that part of the changes? It seems to handle a bit better, but can't get as fast.

On second thought, maybe it's correct, I remember there was a crash of a prototype plane, that sounds similar to what happens here. Are y'all looking at the right EM diagrams?

It has happened to me three times.
In all of them I have been with AG1 load, low level and have applied maximum g's.
But in all of them, I was able to recover the engine with an inflight start.
I have not tried the condition that you indicate.
