okopanja Posted June 4, 2022 Posted June 4, 2022 Dear All, I was wondering if there is a way to store missions as structured folders/text&binaries format? This would allow easy base-lining of missions combined with LFS storage usage in git, which would enable code review to be made via pull requests. BR 4
Casablanca Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Must be doable in an uncompressed format, since the miz is just a regular zip file with mostly text files and folders inside R5 5600x @ 4.6Ghz | B550 Gigabyte Aorus Pro | beQuiet! okopanja Posted June 10, 2022 Author Posted June 10, 2022 From what I gather mission is actually a lua code. Technically a configuration management tool such as maven/gradle/conan can be used to unpack/pack the mission file, but it would be cooler if this could be simply skipped. The people using the frameworks such as moose might be less affected, but positions and settings of template inside mission file would be interesting to track in VCS.
