Depature Comms only works with "takeoff from runway"

Hey apperently the carrier depature comms only work if the client is set to "take off from runway"

I didn´t even know the existed up until now. Find attached a track file with one "take off from runway" and another with "take off from ramp hot" setting.

Just for reference, problem is recognized and will be fixed in the future.
