Madman777 Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 I'm a real noob when it comes to joysticks..just got my first ever Saitek X52 - it's a lot more complicated these days..lol... anyways - I've downloaded some other people profiles..but I can seem to load them in BS because it wants an lua file? The profiles I downloaded are in a .pr0 format.. Not sure exactly what to do...any help? i7-12700k, 32GB Ram, RTX 3060 12GB, TrackIR 5, Lots of SSD Space, etc etc DCS World - All the cool modules
Kurtz Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 The pr0 files are for use with the Saitek profiling software- Link- http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php You'll need both the driver and the sst profiling software.
Grodin Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 You also need to clear all joystick buttons from black shark, load that profile into saitek profiler, and activate it... Them profiles work by making your joystick actually send keyboard commands, so you could actually even write with your joystick when you have it loaded ;) Note: X-52's 3 modes only work when using profiler, otherwise it maked no difference if you have it on 1,2 or 3, so using SST profiler triples your buttons. Fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity.
