Can I make a track in 1080p, then replay the track at 4k at a slower speed (say quarter speed) and record in third party video editing software. Next in same third party video editing software increase speed 4x back to normal to get 60fps 4k. I know it sounds like a lot of work but a 4k 60 fps machine is currently out of my reach.
