TM Cougar Acting funny in CCP

Hello

When im able to get CCP to recognize the cougar (another battle), the "Button&Axis elimination is on/off"...will skip on its own between off and on.

Any ideas why it may be doing this? I have loaded the firmware a bazzilion times, cleared the buffers and other things via Foxy.
