Track_ir dont work in Black Shark

Ok after several reinstalling black shark and track ir (with the new software )

Version 4.1.036 - Final

i tought maybe i should try to in stal a nother sim in this case (lock-on)

To see if my hardware is not broken , wel good for me its not

I get the bleu led on the track ir reciever on top of my screen

meaning that it recons lock-on

but it dont recons black shark that i purschaced yesterday from the dcs site on downloading

 

Any help please

Hast Du bei der TrackIR-Software oben bei der Menüleiste "UPDATE" und dann "Check for Game Updates" geklickt? Das ist der allgemeine Fehler, warum TrackIR bei BS nicht läuft.

 

Nach dem Update TrackIR neu starten, dann das Spiel.

And did you have access to the internet while doing so? And allowed your firewall to let this access pass?

Yes sir i have internet and all no problem wat so ever with it

i started up lock-on some minut's ago and i flew a quick mission in the f-15

 

track ir works fine there

in the options menu from back shark

 

i see it on the top line

 

but underneat it is al empty

It has to be empty in the standard-view, as the axis are assigned in the axis-controls. If they are not assigned here either, then you should try to reset controls. Be sure to check for both, Ka-50 Sim and Game!

 

Besides that, you should check out the BlackShark-profile for any problems there.

 

Also be sure the green light on the TrackIR is on, too.

I dont see any black shark profile in the track ir profile menu ???

 

and i have the latest software of track ir

 

can some one here gif me the right software

Well, then check in the FlightSim or Default-Settings in your TrackIR-Settings.

 

You have the latest software (if you successfully did the gameupdate-check - note: not (just) the software-update!)

 

 

What about the axis commands in BS?

Maybe TrackIR wasn't fully restarted after that GameUpdate-Check.
