Advice on sensitivity for the AXIS on the X56

For those owning the X56, what are you sensitivity setting for the pitch and roll axis please ?

I noticed that wy X56 throttle has like a huge dead zone of like 30% ie i need to move above 30% deflection of the throttle to get above IDLE. Is that an hardware issue or bad seeting in the sensitivity setting ?
