custom cockpits in save games please

I have been making some work changing the labels into English. Still work in progress but stopped because these changes inside the main default files makes not pass the IC. 

I (we) need option to have the description.lua and choose the cockpit in the extra options in DCS menus. I have been making bigger labels to allow better read in VR, and also I think if found a little solution for the black cockpit (I think the metalness channel - Blue one - is too bright, so I darkened it, and made the difusse colour a little more brighter and comparing between the two, more details can be seen but still be a black cockpit... Of course the better solution will come from the devs.

Of course my changes are not only made in the diffuse map but also in the roughness and normal maps to match correctly the change of the labels.
