ME: civil aircraft checkbox category

Hi,

At the moment all Aerobatic servers have the option "civil aircraft" turned on for all user occupieable aircraft.
That makes them not able to carry anything else but Fuel tanks and pylons.

Might also be a reason why no one is flying with smoke on in aerobatic servers at the moment.

In the future can an option be implemented for this feature, that makes modules marked as "civil aircraft"
able to carry pods and maybe CATM weapons too please?

At the moment i think this option is mis used by servers and too restricted.
