Super Wabbit Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 Noticed on a downloaded mission that aircraft labels were octagons. Ground units now have a square icon. For the life of me I can't tell how the mission author did this. Any ideas?
Chump Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 My guess is that there is a custom Labels.lua file in the .miz. local aircraft_symbol_near = "⬡"

Did the author have to manually put that in the miz and repackage it or does it get grab from their personal settings?
Chump Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 The author would have to manually include that. As far as I know, there is no automated way to include custom settings from your own install. I'm curious what they changed the other labels to (you mentioned square for ground vehicles). Would you please post the labels, or the mission name so I can check it out? 1

The first two missions have the custom labels, not sure about the later ones. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3321960/ 1
