More static objects / static objects from maps

Static objects have been there since the beginning and there's hardly any addition to them which could be used by 3rd parties.

Please consider either adding new static objects to allow for more variability, especially in buildings-trees, etc. which could improve the scenarios.

Please consider allowing the usage of static objects which are present on the given map (or at least on the ED-developed maps if it's an issue). It'd be nice to be able to re-use items from airports, cities, etc. elsewhere.

Please consider adding road/runway/taxiway surfaces as static objects - allowing the developers to make maps look nicer in some areas.
