Initial cockpit settings when starting a mission (flaps, throttle, sweep handle/cover)

Something has changed that now when starting my missions, I have to reset the sweep handle, close cover, etc. Also, the throttles are set about 30% until I add, remove power to bring them back. Did not used to be that way. I do have the sim set to adjust cockpit to match HOTAS at start, but I always preflight the hotas before starting he mission. For the life of me, I cannot find where these settings may be stored, or why it suddenly started doing this. To state a specific question..how can I get the sweep handle to be full forward/down, and the cover closed at warm start?

The wing sweep settings are intentional, the game only allows one "configuration" for spawns apparently, and this was the solution to prevent the F-14 from destroying itself and other aircraft by spawning into carrier decks with the wings unswept.
