TSD points - Can you add in ME

Hi

I have just been looking at Liberation campaign and after generating the first mission, I noticed that on the TSD in the helicoptor it was populated with targets, complete with symbols.  My understanding is that at the moment you cannot do this is the ME?  

Clearly this can be done at the start of a mission as the very clever Liberation team have achieved it.  Is this therefore done through another method that is available for us lowly and meres beginner mission builders?

This is now the default behaviour in DCS after the latest patch.
