scatter Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 I believe that I've found a bug with regard to zone triggers in multiplayer. Unspawned client aircraft seem to register as being in a zone! I'm trying to create an MP clear path and escort mission where if any client makes it to the transport airfield zone the transport flight will activate and take off. The problem is that unspawned aircraft seem to activate the trigger immediately. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Virtual Australian Air Force

If you have humves driving down the road and you have another in front of them heading in same direction but set the delay 23hr for a actvation triger. the hummers curently on the road will go around the invisable hummer like it is on the road. To me that says that the unspawnd hummer is in mission just not seen by us but is seen buy the zones and other AI. I hope that helps. Cougar Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Yep you're right Having your flight set as takeoff from runway at the airfield you have the trigger zone in and setting the Time hold to 23:0:0/0 in the flight group of transport will only activate once the client is inside the trigger zone and won't appear before. Also if you wish to have all clients in the zone to activate the trigger just add more rules for unit in zone to all the client aircraft and only then the transport flight will takeoff.

You'll see that even though there are no aircraft within the trigger zone the unspawned aircraft fire the trigger at the start of the mission. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Virtual Australian Air Force
