S2 right on A to A radar does not change azimuth in TWS mode

While the radar is in Intc TWS mode, S2_right does not change radar azimuth. The button beside the display does change the azimuth.

While in RWS mode, S2_right DOES change radar azimuth, and so does the button beside the display.

It's a quirk of the controls, TWS does not have a HOTAS control for AZ change.

that's one of those things, I'd love to have it, I don't see why we can't other than "thats not how it is in real life" like, fix it, please.
