DEST page OA1/OA2 keeps changing when entering RNG

In DEST page OA1/OA2 when you enter data in the BRG field and press enter, the RNG field changes it's value.
The first time you enter the data it is entered properly and the next time you enter this page, right after  the first time, it starts changing the RNG value.

This happens for both OA1 and OA2
