[REPORTED] Reticle and bombline too bright at night

Hey!
Today I encountered this bug. Reticle and bombline are too bright in both day and night HUD mode. 
It looks like only the circle of reticle and line are too bright though. 
We talked about it on discord and looks like I'm not the only one.

Repair of DCS didn't help.

Tried setting MFDS to night, problem persists.
