what are the best settings for quest 2 with firmware v43

Hi everyone I have a quest 2 I state that I only use dcs in vr I would like to know what are the best settings to get the best
 possible graphics and the best fps.

Here the specs of my pc:

Windows 10 pro 64bit operating system
Ryzen 9 5900x cpu
Ram ddr4 3200Mhz 32GB
Nvidia 3070ti 8GB

Those were my settings when I had a laptop with i7 9750 and RTX 2060 (I was also using VRperfkit)

 

And these are the ones with PC i7 12700k/ RTX 3080 12gb
