Monstertech mounts, anyone ordered?

I ordered a set of chair mounts for my Winwing setup, 11 days ago and there has not been an update to my order. 11+ days to process plus a week shipping in from Germany is ridiculous in todays market. Anyone had experience with Monstertech?

Yeah I just got them, waited a month. They said they had supply chain issues. (i mailed them, got a quick response)

I haven't had any issues with them in the past. I have their MFC-1 chair with complete set of mounts for my fixed- and rotary wing setup.
It's always possible that due to unforeseen circumstances there are temporary delays in shipping.

Something to keep in mind is that supply chain problems are everywhere these days: try ordering a new car for example, and see how long you have to wait.
I just had new tyres fitted on my motorcycle, and if you're not lucky and your dealership has your particular model in stock, again you have to wait 1-2 months, while as recent as last year you'd be set in less than a week...
