DCS wont start, open composite error

Hi, have changed nothing and DCS was working fine yesterday. Today, it wont start. I tried using VR and got an error message from WMR portal about the cable being plugged in and my screen apps all went large size. I restarted and WMR is all OK, no error messages, but DCS crashes on start up with an error message as follows:

"Open composite direct x error, see log for details. OOVR_FAILED_DX_ABORT failed on create device res"

Can anyone help please? ( I am running open XR I should add.) 

Edit, I just did a full repair after uninstalling my mods and it still wont start, even in 2D. Here is the crash log text, any ideas?

1. Close Steam
2. OpenComposite Runtime Swicher to default SteamVR
3. Open Steam
4. OpenComposite Runtime Swicher to default OpenComposite
5. Launch DCS

Repeat every time u close/open Steam to avoid problems.

One more think causeing problems could be thicked "Use latest version" in OpenXR Tools for WMR. Just unthick and should be good.

Clear enviorement in WMR if have problem.

thanks, my version is not steam and does not use Steam? And what is ACC please? I just downloaded DCS world again, renamed my old saved games folder and tried to run it, but it still crashes on start with the same error....that tells me that its something outside of DCS? And I am not attempting to run DCS in VR, it wont start the fresh install in 2D.....!

Meantime, I ran the opencomposite .exe again, it updated, I switched between steam and openXr and back again as you suggested, and it now runs ( in 2D, I have not tried VR yet, doing that now...)

I just copy-paste my post from simracing forum about Assetto Corsa Competizione, and forgot to change ACC to DCS.
