  1. I just copy-paste my post from simracing forum about Assetto Corsa Competizione, and forgot to change ACC to DCS.
  2. 1. Close Steam 2. OpenComposite Runtime Swicher to default SteamVR 3. Open Steam 4. OpenComposite Runtime Swicher to default OpenComposite 5. Launch DCS Repeat every time u close/open Steam to avoid problems. One more think causeing problems could be thicked "Use latest version" in OpenXR Tools for WMR. Just unthick and should be good. Clear enviorement in WMR if have problem.
  3. Sounds oposite of my feeling. Comparing to Samsung Odyssey+ HP Reverb G2 colors and black were washed out. When I set in OpenXR Tools Contrast to 80~90% in Post Procesing it looks ok. Maybe you try reducing contrast?
  4. My steps after update: 1. /DCS Wolrd/bin/ D3DCompiler_47.dll rename to D3DCompiler_47_OLD.dll openvr_api.dll rename to openvr_api_old.dll 2. /OpenComposite/Runtime/bin/ vrclient_x64.dll copy 3. /DCS Wolrd/bin/ vrclient_x64.dll paste and rename to openvr_api.dll For 3 months I never had crash if I only start WMR first. Then just open DCS from dcs.exe or shortcut on desktop.
  5. Look around - if its dark or too bright/flashing/strobe light camera can have problem with tracking. Floor level - use keyboard arrows to adjust floor height, then look on diamond to close app. EDIT: ALWAYS open Windows Mixed Reality Portal first. ALWAYS! after u check everything is ok there in cliffhouse open SteamVR, DCS, any other VR app.
  6. 10/10! 4h session in VR in MP, switching planes, helis and no more freezes over city/airfields - even in Apache.
  7. Maybe some older driver? Ive seen on Guru that "NVIDIA GeForce 512.77 WHQL drivers" and "NVIDIA GeForce 512.95 WHQL drivers" have noted: So maybe other headset too...
  8. I spend more than 100h in Apache before April update, and even more after and Im 100% positive that earlier SAS was working great, and right after he started yealing and beeping at me. Right now I prefair to reset trim with holding it for 5sec in perfect center (during slowing down) and push left antitorqe pedal all the time cause I do not trust hoover trim anymore. Enebling hoover mode and holding trim until SAS stop fighting and relising inputs staying in one place is ok, but trying turn little left or right is almost immposible and start engine failure warning when trying to avoid crash. For some time was trying to fly all the time with forcetrim hold, and let go only when flying straight, but even then rudder SAS starting to bounce. Recently I even saw that my collective SAS isnt "match" my throttle (X56) without any cureve/saturation/deadzone - so why its adding throttle even I do not turn any hold mode? And none of that problems happend on relise. Any other pilot with same amount of time spend in Ah-64 will agree. Hoovering with Gazzele its a peace of cake in compare with Apache now. Maybe I do not understand something - is there any way to "just fly" without any velocity/altitude/hoover autopilot? (FMC Relise isnt an option cause beeping/warning all the time).
  9. Try flashlight from MenuStart in WMR: Also clear envioriorment data, and recenter seated position. Adjust floor level.
  10. Assetto Corsa Competizione* and those files came directly from VR implementetion for that game. All 0.6.3 ACC is way way outdated, forget that name, use OpenComposite/OpenXR Tools.
  11. IMHO until Hyper-threading will be implemented in mp serwers flying with SHADOWS/TERRAIN SHADOWS set OFF keep my fps always above 45fps in Apache, so im happy.
  12. As before I god Samsung Odyssey+ (WMR), now I have Reverb G2, and I had some time so I made couple screens using OXR Tools. Recenter view, and only change settings above between screenshots. Ive been looking for more than 30mins and there are much diference. If u have Fovated Rendering turn on you probably will not see much diference, cause most diference is not on center of the view but on the edges. But even on center there are some strange diferences on closeup. Screens present same eye, settings, OXR Tools setting etc.: Now gets even more strange, than missing pixels, windows in far buildings. The runway stripes are different! WTF... null null Right now cant tell what settings is betters. But there are realy strange things happens... EDIT: One more screen with both eyes. TOP VRDirect, bottom Default: null
  13. I bought my Reverb G2 about month ago, so also had my 5min of WTF, but this tutorial helps alot: 3:57 - U have to realy hard push the cable until u hear "CLICK". And the DOT on cable almost hide in the HMD. Second WTF was when I try (yeah - I know every tutorial says that shoult be default, but I had to try) the PIXEL DENSITY other than 1.0 - black screen immidietly.
  14. So bind it to any other NON-MOUSE button on youre "pilot" seat rig, move head when cursor isnt moving to youre center, and again "lock" cursor.
  15. On round start when u still have mouse in hands press LALT+C adjust mouse position and again press LALT+C. Mouse cursor should stay where it was on youre HMD and move with youre head. If its not LALT+C look for Toogle mouse cursor option For random situation I have created some macros for my G502: null with additional G-Shift (on thumb): null
