BitMaster Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 This should fix it: download the correct file for your OS version here https://www.dll-files.com/qt5core.dll.html copy to c:\windows\syswow64 open command prompt as admin and execute regsvr32 qt5core.dll Gigabyte Aorus X570S Master - Ryzen 5900X - Gskill 64GB 3200/CL14@3600/CL14 - Sapphire Nitro+ 7800XT - 4x Samsung 980Pro 1TB - 1x Samsung 870 Evo 1TB - 1x SanDisc 120GB SSD - Heatkiller IV - MoRa3-360LT@9x120mm Noctua F12 - Corsair AXi-1200 - TiR5-Pro - Warthog Hotas - Saitek Combat Pedals - Asus XG27ACG QHD 180Hz - Corsair K70 RGB Pro - Win11 Pro/Linux - Phanteks Evolv-X
blackvette702 Posted October 25, 2022 Author Posted October 25, 2022 Thank you so much for your help. I've added qt5core.dll to c:\windows\syswow64 folder. How do I open the folder in the command prompt to execute it?
BitMaster Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Easy, right-click on Start button and chose Command Prompt or Terminal as Administrator. you do not need to be in c:\windows\syswow64 to execute the command. Open the terminal and execute the command, that's it. blackvette702 Posted October 25, 2022 Author Posted October 25, 2022 I'm running windows11, I don't have a start button. If you can call me & walk me through it. I'm very new at this. Sorry to be such a pain in the ass. If you can call my number is 702-553-6501. George.
BitMaster Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Yes, you do, the ONE button at the VERY LEFT BOTTOM of your screen I am located in Germany. Try if you get it done, if not, there is Teamviewer. That is way better than any phone call can ever be. Send me a PM if you need remote assistance to get that file sorted. You will need to download Teamviewer, install it and send me your ID and PWD via PM, NOT IN THIS PUBLIC CHAT !!!!
