Can't assign moving zone to trains.

Is it just me or can't you assign a moving trigger zone to a train like you can other ground vehicles, it doesn't seem to work?

Also setting the train to broadcast a radio message for direction finding purposes doesn't seem to work either.

Am I doing something wrong?
