Will Deka add HMS/D and PL-10E if the block 1/2 JF-17s are upgraded with these?

I was happy to read Deka would consider WS-13E, so wondered if these updates would be considered if they happened as well.

They would have to be both upgraded and for Deka to get the relevant information. 
 

With Pakistans financial condition, I doubt they would choose to upgrade Block 1/2 at this point. Better to just keep Block 3 for when you need the goods
