CSAR Sandy Instant Action: Narrow canyon convoy doesn't move

Mission:  Instant Action > A-10C II > Persian Gulf > CSAR Sandy

The mission features two convoys that approach the FA-18 crash site.  In the past, both convoys converged onto the crash site.  But recently (I believe with the first DCS 2.8 release) the convoy that traverses the narrow canyon stays in its starting position.
