9-Line Briefing Card?

It would be great if the kneeboard files had a standard card for this since the JTAC briefings just call out the line numbers and it's hard to know what these are without the lines on the card to just fill in.

Searching for “USAF CAS 9-Line Card” turns up something that seems right. iPad + Apple Pencil + GoodReader = winning

The lines are explained in the kneeboard, just after the counter measures chart, and so far, all 11 I have flown have this in the kneeboard.

I import the kneeboard pdf files into my tablet and write directly on them. Works like a dream! 
Would've been cool to have a couple dedicated 9line cards in the kneeboard for this though...
