Time for an upgrade?

Hello all, 

Currently I am running a i7-8700k OC'd to 4.7ghz, 64gb of DDR4 3200, 2080Ti with an Odyssey Plus.  Everything runs okay for the most part - sometimes I have the sporadic performance issue (with most things maxed out.)

I am thinking about possibly upgrading to the PiMax headset and I believe that will require a hardware upgrade, so I am looking for suggestions for butter smooth and maxed out preferences without going above what's needed...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
