Make ME Trigger Action 'PICTURE TO ...' available via scripting.

All of the 'PICTURE TO ...' commands should be in the scripting engine with a path to the image asset to use from a location on the server and this MUST work in MP for CLIENTS.

EDIT:

I've added it inside the ME and it generates this line:

The function is there... please expose it. I need this for my script...

Man I would absolutely love this to be available for scripting. Bumping in hopes that this may be seen.
