Hello, I am making a SFM and at low speed on ground my NWS just goes insane ; I can do 360 spin at > 1 knots. While at a higher speed the NWS is normal. Wich value I need to change ?

"tand_gear_max" entry ?

It means tangent on maximum yaw angle of front wheel.
75 degrees : tand_gear_max = 3.73 , -- (F/A-18C)
45 degrees : tand_gear_max = 1.00 , -- (AV-8B NA)
30 degrees : tand_gear_max = 0.577 , -- (A-10, L-39C, C-130, KC-135)

Or some variable code might be written instead of a static value ; much bigger value set in low speed ?
