Panel not illuminated: ASYM Limiter/Engine Mode Select

Bug: The "control panel for the asymmetric thrust limiter system and the control mode of each engine" as it is called in the F-14 manual is not illuminated.

Can I reproduce it 100%: yes

How to reproduce/description:
Step 1: EXT POWER or minimum one ENG + GEN on
Step 2: turn on CONSOLE LIGHT INTENSITY to a minimum of 1
Step 3: look at the mentioned control panel above
Result: As seen in the attached screenshot, the panel has no background lighting
