select and move carrier

Trying to move carrier on a map. If zoom out, almost impossible to select the it, some other objects get selected but not the boat. 

If zoom in, can move boat only within viewing area.

Any tips\hot keys? nullnull

1. You can zoom in, click and hold and use mouse wheel to zoom and and rmb to pan whilst dragging.

2. Keep clicking on the units until the carrier is selected.

Found it. If zoom out and loose focus on carrier, click right mouse, then left mouse returns selection on the boat, rather than cycling through objects.
