Here's a daft short little movie about how rotor blade loss is modeled. The AI was flying the ship, otherwise it would have all been all over in milliseconds :music_whistling:. I think how it models the landing and the rotors slowing is particularly amusing.

It's my first ever movie so please excuse the bad camera angles, edits etc...

I'm having problems viewing the HD version on youtube. It stutters a lot and takes a long time to view.. Is anybody else having the same problem?

I'd be grateful for any advice on how to stop it happening in the future.

Can't believe the AI kept it going...

The AI is god...Anybody wanna start a church for BS AI?

Yeah I couldn't get over it either. I expected it to make an emergency landing when I saw the wheels deploy. After it landed it spent 5 minutes or so taxing back to the parking area. I was beginning to feel sea sick just watching it bounce along the runway :)

Landed in a field with one rotor short yesterday on the 159th server after coping an Igla in the blades. Wasn't to hard but once I got it down there was no option to get out and have a look at the damage or to call for a lift back to the base.

Came back and took at the lil b#$%$d with the cannon at 6000m in manual mode which was a surprise, would have thought the rounds would have been tumbling and dropping way short.
