Flight Velocity Dual Encoder & DCS

Link to device at bottom of post. This device is similar to Sim Innovation’s Knobster device, a dual twist knob perfect for heading bugs and HSI CDIs. I purchased it thinking it would easily interface into DCS. However, after it arrived, I found out it requires Air Manager, a cockpit hardware interface for FSX, MSFS2020, XPlane, etc. This app is not compatible with DCS. The Dual Encoder is a Arduino Nano board. Is there a way I can get this to work in DCS?

Try to connect the device via USB to the Arduino IDE, using a Nano as flash target. Pin connections of the rotaries and push button can be found in their Wiki.

So it may be used with DCS Bios, but un-modified only as a single device.
