fixed internally Points deleted by one crewmember are not deleted for the other (dedicated sever MP)

As per the title - points in the database that are deleted by one crewmember remain in the database of the other crewmember. This was intermittent before 2.8, but now appears to happen 100% of the time, regardless of which crewmember deletes the points.
