get the beta angle(angle of sideslip)

Hi, guys. Is there any way to get the beta angle?  I have looked around the forum but without luck.  only found a post which discussed this topic long ago.

would you pls shed some light on me? cheers~

Using a Lua device:

angle_of_slide = get_base_data().getAngleOfSlide()

Output is in degrees.
