Core changes, your customers & supporters deserve an informative changelog!

Hello.

Personaly, i am just scripting DCS missions just for my part and my own fun.
I like it and i am spending too much time with it by learning and materilize
my own scenarios to missions just for me and my friends.
But i've often read too many threads with complaints from persons that they
have dedicated DCS servers and suddenly found themselves with mulfunctions
out of the blue. Well, i think it will be propper and somehow polite whenever you
are changing/updating something in the scripting core of DCS, keep in mind that
there are many people out there that deserve from you to have at least a related
simpe text of a changelog. A simple thing, in return for their support to ED/DCS.

The information of the fixes without a short description
or a link to the reported thread that the fix came from,
is not there. As in this example in the MMonitor section.
