Record AVI mission editor tool bugs (RAT)

So, I've revisited the old friend, converting a 37 minute track file to Vorbis 95%, native 1080p, 30 FPS. The issues I've immediately noticed:

1. GPU and CPU utilization is extremely low.

2. The tool exits as soon as Esc key is pressed. No warning.

3. It doesn't prevent Windows 10 from putting the computer to sleep.
