I did not know where to post this topic so posted here. Can be moved if needed.

is there any documentation available that tells you how to add extra parking spots and how to slightly move existing parking spots for aircraft?

There is no way to add new snap-to parking locations to my knowledge. You can, however, choose the "Takeoff from ground" option to place the aircraft anywhere on the base and choose its initial heading.
