AN/ALR-45 and western radars

I've seen several former Tomcat aircrew mention that the RWR system in the early tomcats was tuned to ignore western radars, and that they often carried commercially available speed radar detectors to pick up Iranian radars while operating in and around the Gulf.

Will the ALR-45s that we're getting with the early A and Iranian cat (and presumably the F-4E) be tuned like that, or will they be buffed for gameplay to pick up everything?  If the former, will we be getting a fuzzbuster in the cockpit?
