Launcher Vikhr does not return to normal position after last missile fired

If you flip the switch on targetpanel (switch for fix/track) one time forward then backward, then it will work. U need to reset the target mode. The the launcher will move back to horizontal position.

Its not working. 

I mean that when I launch rockets, everything is fine.  But when you release the last twelfth rocket, the launcher does not return to the horizon
