Any data and test on new Fuel Leak / Damage Logic

I see the old thread was close, unfortunately I wish it was left open as the new patch has not been reported or tested on.  I see the fuel leak time was lengthened however are we able to stop the leak now with transfer ? Isolation per the systems logic ? 
I know @Michal had an awesome write-up and damage testing with trk. 

Has anyone tested the new logic with smaller caliber rounds.
