hey

I have a lower end pc so I thought I would drop some settings in the options.lua but even with a fresh boot notepad++ tells me the files are in use .

I am no comp genius ( I learned fortran when I was 13 but realised girls were more interesting ) so excuse if this is a little noob

noticed the values I was trying to change were in orange ( water , fog and such ) should they be or does this mean I did something wrong?

any ideas?

Try Unlocker - this app will be in content menu, so u get access to it everywhere you are. This little util tries to free process and cut off any programs which have access to blocked file.

Yes, some values are in orange, blue, green ect. Notepad++ recognises file type and use suitable language color template.

Here you have utility to unlock blocked file by something process if you still experience this:

http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Afer install press right mouse button on blocked file (in your case options.lua) and choose unlocker. After you should be able to edit.

It is weird u can't edit file, hovewer this should help.
