Missions with AI packages and help

I am getting a little bored of training missions using a single jet and would like to try getting involved in something more complex and realistic. In Falcon4, you could be part of complex strike packages with SEAD, CAP, CAS etc all part of it……

I am thinking of the Harrier in particular for this, although of course other airframe based missions could be swapped around

How well does the AI in DCS handle this, what’s possible and what can be expected? Can anyone link me to some user made missions of this type? I have got Briefing room but am only just working out how it works, and my own ME skills are fairly basic. There is also a lack of Harrier based campaigns.
